Trungdo Joint Stock Company was founded on 31st August in 1958 under the Decision N0230 ND/BKT - TCCB signed by the Architecture Ministry (now known as the Construction Ministry). At first, its name was Vinh Architecture Company with the forerunner was Vinh electronic factory construction site.
In 1973 the Construction Department renamed the company to Vinh Construction Company and in 1976 to The N0 6 Construction Company (directly under the Construction Ministry).
In 1995 the Construction Department decided to merge our company to Hanoi General Construction Company.
On December 2005, the company was renamed to The N0 6 Construction Joint Stock Company under the Decision N02348/QĐ – BXD signed by the Minister of the Construction Ministry on December 12th 2005.
On May 8th 2008 its name was changed to Trungdo Joint Stock Company according to the Decision…with Business license…issued by Nghean Plan and Investment.
Our business scopes are: real estate business, investment consultant, civil construction, real estate brokerage, construction material production, etc. The company is promptly building and completing Nguyen Si Sach senior mansion on time with dwelling and rental housing for business which meet the Vinh city’s demands of scenery as well as development.
